Cold Brew Medium Roast Coffee

Just bought a 2lb bag coarse ground to make cold brew with and this is my second day drinking the coffee and it's awesome. Like Maggie said it makes a smooth cup, it's not bitter at all and very flavorful. I purposely stick to light and medium roasts because there seems to be less bitterness with those and so far I am very happy with this, sometimes even with a light or medium roast you can get a little bitterness but that's not the case here with the bag I have. This was my first Trash Cat purchase so I might sample some other offerings but I'm happy to know I have a go-to already.

I bought this blend to break in my new cold brew maker and wow, what a strong, rich, blend it is! Definitely caffinated me up. The chocolate, toffee, and floral blends in the brew are very mild and not overpowering at all (which I'm very happy about). This blend is also not bitter and acidic tasting like some other cold brews I've tried. I'll be purchasing again in the future :)! Everything I've tried from Trash Cat has been very tasty so far!!
