Breakfast Blend

I organically bought this for my Financial Advisor to have in his office when I have an appointment. He loves medium blend coffee. Well, this was such a hit with him, he took it home instead. I just bought him 2 more bags and he promised me he will keep one in his office. I get to see him next week and I will get to enjoy this great blend. It's a win win for me...great coffee to enjoy and I get to support a great animal organization.

Breakfast blend needs to be extra special, because it has to entice you to get out of bed. The first morning that Trash Cat's Breakfast Blend was in the percolator, everyone came into the kitchen and complimented the aroma. The flavor is quintessential breakfast blend - noticeably caffeinated but smooth, not too darkly roasted, not too oily, works brilliantly with cream and sugar. It's going to be our regular morning batch from now on. And it helps our opossum friends too! There was a possum in our backyard before sunrise today, singing to the silk koi fish that our weather station uses as a backup wind gauge. It's spring! Love is in the air! And we love this breakfast blend!
