Return Policy

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item. Merchandise is printed/embroidered to order and drop shipped. Sizing and colors are considered custom orders and are not returnable. In the event of a damaged delivery or faulty product from the merchandise collection, alternatives may be pursued after an agreement between the buyer and Trash Cat Coffee is made. Pictures and details will be required for an agreement to be considered. 
Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
