Topo Chico iced coffee IS a thing!
It's hot folks. We don't know what else to say about it, but this summer is HOT!!
At this point cooling off is nearly impossible, but no way we are going without coffee.
Obviously we have heard of iced coffee. Believe me, its being made by the carafe. Sometimes though, you need a little something fresher. Summery. Crisp...
There may be a solution, albeit a temporary one.
Iced coffee with Topo Chico!
This is not only refreshing but super easy to make. The result is a bubbly, refreshing coffee beverage with a fun foamy top. Almost like Root beer!
How to make:
- Two shots of espresso OR 4oz of Cold Brew
- Pour coffee over ice
- Top with Topo Chico
- Garnish with lime
- For a sweeter drink, add simple syrup.
- More lime? Use Topo Chico Twist of Lime
- Don't have Topo Chico? (move to Texas?) You can use any sparkling mineral water
